Study with an Off-Campus Partner
Once submitted the referral will automatically be sent to MHAdvisor@bolton.ac.uk.
The Mental Health Advisor will then triage referrals between 09:00 and 10:00 each morning, subject to their availability, (Monday to Friday) and subsequently contact the student in order to offer an appointment at the earliest opportunity for an assessment.
Please note that form is not suitable in the event of an emergency or if you are concerned that the student is a significant risk to themselves or others. In the event of an emergency on university premises please contact Security using extension 3700 or 666. In the event that the student is not on university premises or you are concerned that the student's life is at risk please contact the Police and Ambulance raising concern for welfare using the telephone number 999 alerting Security afterwards as to the actions you have taken.
Appointments will normally take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at Student Services between 14:00 and 15:30 and will be 45 minutes long.
