Study with an Off-Campus Partner
For 2022 to 2023, the DfE are offering bursaries for Secondary PGCE with QTS of:
拢24,000 in chemistry, computing, mathematics and physics
拢15,000 in design and technology, geography and languages (including ancient languages)
拢10,000 in biology
Applicants may be eligible for a bursary if they have 1st, 2:1, 2:2, PhD or Master鈥檚.
We are also offering scholarships of 拢26,000 in chemistry, computing, mathematics and physics. Scholarships are usually available to applicants with a 1st, 2:1, Master鈥檚 or PhD, though in exceptional circumstances they may be awarded to a graduate with a 2:2 and significant relevant experience.
Undergraduates on the BSc Secondary Education and Maths with QTS may be eligible for a bursary of 拢9,000 if:
they鈥檙e studying a qualified teacher status (QTS) course in secondary mathematics or physics
they鈥檙e studying an opt-in QTS course in secondary undergraduate mathematics, physics, computing or languages
their course starts in the academic year 2022 to 2023
They will receive the bursary in the final year of their course.
