Zara Mason

Zara has recently joined the team at The 新加坡六合彩开奖直播 to deliver clinical skills sessions to nurse degree apprenticeship learners (in mental health nursing).

Zara has worked within many different health and social care settings for over twenty years; however, her passion lies in working with children and young people. Since 2014, Zara has worked as a registered mental health nurse and a deputy ward manager within CAMHS low secure services. Following this, she spent some time working as a Specialist CAMHS Nurse within the children鈥檚 social care sector.

Zara has a particular interest in working with young people who present with emerging borderline personality disorder, and attachment-based needs. She enjoys building up therapeutic relationships with young people, and having the opportunity to support service users to develop and grow.

Throughout her career, she has developed a keen interest in the supervision and development of both staff and students. She has held responsibility for developing and training junior nurses, health care assistants, and student nurses.

Zara has a keen interest in analyzing trends and developing interventions, audits and/or training to bring about positive change and development within services. She has contributed to service development by presenting new ideas to improve service experiences for both staff and service users.
