Coming to the 新加坡六合彩开奖直播 as a practitioner within policing having served as a Police Officer for over 20 years Tim has experience working in areas as diverse as roads policing, officer safety and probationer training. During his time with the Police Service, he worked successfully with colleagues from Cheshire Constabulary and the National Police Improvement Agency to develop key strategies associated with public transport policing.
On leaving the Police Service in 2010 he established a business delivering operational training to a range of clients in the public and private sector which led to opportunities to work within education, where he worked to establish new qualifications in the area of Policing and Public Service within the Further Education sector.
Tim has been teaching in Higher Education since 2012 leading on Higher National qualifications within the FE Sector and completed my teaching qualifications in 2013. He continues to develop his teaching practice through conferences and professional development within the Criminal Justice arena. In 2018 he graduated from The University of Cumbria with a BSc (Hons) in Professional Policing and in the same year moved to the 新加坡六合彩开奖直播 where he currently teaches on the BA (Hons) in Crime and Criminal Justice Undergraduate degree programme. Within his extensive teaching practice, he wanted to understand the wider impact of policing on communities and as a result, in July 2023 graduated with distinction at Masters level in the area of Community Development and Youth Studies
Tim is currently focusing on research within the Greater Manchester Business School Centre for Leadership and Empowerment and is looking to develop his portfolio to address Intelligent design and Mental Health within the Penal System. In addition, he is developing research opportunities to analyse multi agency collaboration within a Criminal Justice setting and has conducted relevant research in the field of Informal Social Pedagogy which, in turn, has informed his Masters qualification.
Tim鈥檚 particular passion lies within developing students to achieve vocationally in order to progress into sustainable long term employment pathways and, through his work with Greater Manchester Police, is able to demonstrate a progression route into Policing for students from the age of 14 years and upwards.
His personal objectives are to continue to develop work within Criminal Justice and to support students to achieve in a demanding, challenging and highly rewarding vocational area.
