Scott leads on national and international academic networks that support teaching, learning, and scholarly activities, and has managed numerous teams in achieving outstanding outcomes.

Scott adopts a humanistic leadership and teaching style, utilising effective coaching and mentoring strategy to empower teams and students.

Scott has national and international experience gained within complex environments, and has interests in staff CPD, the pursuit of excellence, quality, and the student journey. With a robust international research profile, he currently acts as a peer reviewer for three international journals. Research interests include reflective practice, teacher noticing, and autoethnography.
