With 15 years鈥 experience as a critical care nurse based in the heart of Greater Manchester and a dedication to supporting staff new and old within the clinical environment and classroom alike. Chrissie thrives on helping individuals become their best through a nurturing teaching environment.
From specialising in Critical Care, completing additional leadership and management training, and having a passion for evidence-based infection prevention within critical care, contributing to regional and national quality standards, her practical teaching experience began early in her nursing career and has developed into a solid foundation for her teaching career here at the 新加坡六合彩开奖直播.
Although Chrissie鈥檚 passions here at the University have grown, evidence-based care is at the heart of it. Evidence-based research drives her teaching activities and passions within medicine management.
After completing her PGCert and HE Fellowship here at the University, Chrissie plans to commence a professional doctorate to aid in achieving her future career and professional goals and further support students in their nursing journey here at the 新加坡六合彩开奖直播.
Research Interests and Research Subject Specialisms:
Chrissie鈥檚 current research focus is medicines management, numeracy literacy, and how the University can support nursing students with everyday occurrences and worries that is, medicines management.
Teaching specialisms;
Chrissie teaches within the whole 3-year pre-reg program. However, her particular specialisms include Global health, medicines management, and enhancing skills with evidence-based care.
